Executar e acompanhar as atividades operacionais e administrativas do setor de e-commerce, garantindo o correto processamento dos pedidos realizados por meio dos canais digitais da empresa. Atuar na recepção, análise, separação, conferência, registro, faturamento, embalagem e expedição de mercadorias, bem como prestar atendimento aos clientes por meio de plataformas digitais, fornecendo informações, solucionando dúvidas e acompanhando ocorrências relacionadas às vendas online. Realizar controles operacionais, atualização de informações em sistemas, emissão e conferência de documentos, acompanhamento de indicadores e suporte às rotinas administrativas do setor, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional, qualidade do atendimento e alcance dos resultados da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e processar pedidos dos canais digitais;Realizar separação e conferência de mercadorias;Registrar e faturar pedidos nos sistemas e PDV;Embalar produtos para entrega ou retirada;Organizar e acompanhar a expedição dos pedidos;Atender clientes por WhatsApp, telefone, aplicativos e demais canais digitais;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre produtos, promoções e disponibilidade;Acompanhar status e ocorrências dos pedidos;Realizar tratativas de reclamações e solicitações dos clientes;Atualizar informações em sistemas internos;Auxiliar no controle de indicadores e relatórios operacionais;Apoiar processos administrativos do setor;Garantir a organização e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos;Contribuir para a melhoria da experiência do cliente nas vendas online.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento intermediário de informática;Facilidade na utilização de sistemas de gestão, plataformas digitais e aplicativos de vendas;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente presencial ou digital;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;DesejáveisEnsino Superior cursando em Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior em operações de e-commerce;Vivência com plataformas de marketplace e aplicativos de delivery;  Informações adicionaisBenefícios Vale AlimentaçãoPrêmio AssiduidadeVale-transporteSeguro de vida
