Atua na operação de e-commerce acompanhando os processos administrativos de cadastro de produtos, atualização das plataformas de vendas, pedidos, faturamento e logística. Prestando o suporte das vendas online, dúvidas e consultas de clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCadastro de produtos na loja virtual e Marketplace.Acompanhar e zelar pelas redes sociais, atualizando-as de acordo.Adicionar produtos novos ao site;Atendimento ao consumidor final – tanto em canais diretos quanto no que se diz às tarefas via backoffice;Acompanhar e zelar pelo bom funcionamento da operação;Ajudar na gestão do Google AdwordsControlar as vendas feitas por telefone e site.Solicitar Coleta de Correios e Transportadoras.
