Criar e adaptar conteúdos para os canais de comunicação voltados aos colaboradores, como Instagram, LinkedIn e intranet; Apoiar a criação, planejamento e execução de campanhas e ações de endomarketing; Planejar, gravar e editar vídeos para campanhas, eventos e demais iniciativas da área; Criar e adaptar artes, apresentações e materiais gráficos para diferentes ações de comunicação; Apoiar a organização e execução de eventos, campanhas e ações de engajamento para os colaboradores; Contribuir com ideias criativas para fortalecer a comunicação e a experiência dos colaboradores; Apoiar a divulgação de projetos, iniciativas, eventos e informações relevantes para o público interno; Realizar interface com fornecedores e áreas internas para viabilizar materiais, serviços e ações; Apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área, incluindo abertura de solicitações de compras, acompanhamento de pedidos e controle de materiais e serviços; Organizar arquivos, materiais e informações relacionados às campanhas e ações de endomarketing.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações

Formação em andamento ou concluída em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Jornalismo, Design ou áreas relacionadas; Interesse e/ou experiência com produção de conteúdo; Conhecimento em criação de materiais para redes sociais; Noções de gravação e edição de vídeos; Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição, como Canva, CapCut, Adobe ou similares; Boa comunicação escrita e verbal; Perfil proativo, criativo e colaborativo; Organização e facilidade para transformar ideias em conteúdos, campanhas e ações.
