Realizar coleta diária de avanço físico e acompanhar as atividades junto às frentes de serviço;

Monitorar o preenchimento do RDO pelo engenheiro de campo, garantindo que a documentação da obra esteja atualizada;

Consolidar dados e informações para elaboração de relatórios;

Acompanhar pendências, atas e documentação de subcontratados;

Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas e documentais do planejamento da obra.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino técnico em Edificações, Eletrotécnica ou áreas afins;

Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Word e Excel em nível intermediário;

Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas e documentação de obras;

Boa comunicação escrita e organização documental;

Perfil flexível, ágil, questionador e com foco em qualidade e melhoria de processos; Conhecimento em MS Project será considerado diferencial;

Noções de medição e contratos serão consideradas diferenciais;

Vivência em obras de Data Center, industriais ou de telecomunicações será um diferencial;

Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Santana de Parnaíba/SP;

Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens, conforme necessidade dos projetos.
