Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar eventos do grupo, incluindo eventos corporativos, escolares, acadêmicos, culturais, esportivos e sociais, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e orçamentos; Prestar assistência na gestão completa dos eventos, da concepção à conclusão;Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros;Realizar negociação de contratos, orçamentos e prazos com fornecedores;Conferir orçamentos e organizar solicitações de pagamento;Enviar contratos para fornecedores, coordenadores e direção;Realizar cadastro de eventos e solicitações no sistema interno;Organizar a logística dos eventos, incluindo montagem e desmontagem;Acompanhar montagem e desmontagem de toda a estrutura dos eventos;Gerenciar a comunicação entre todas as partes envolvidas nos eventos;Fornecer suporte à equipe e garantir a execução correta das atividades durante os eventos;Solucionar problemas operacionais e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade;Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do gestor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento (a partir da metade do curso) em turismo, arquitetura, urbanismo ou áreas correlatas;01 ano de experiência nas atividades do cargo, podendo incluir experiência de estágio; Conhecimento básico de gestão de eventos e processos administrativos;Conhecimento em logística e operação de eventos;Conhecimento em gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros;Capacidade de realizar conferências de orçamentos, controle de pagamentos e uso de sistemas de cadastro;Conhecimento intermediário no pacote Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Comunicação eficaz;Resiliência e disposição;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisHorário: 08h às 18h de segunda a sexta-feira + 08h às 12h aos sábados
