Elaborar relatórios e análises sobre feedbacks e experiência do cliente;

Realizar curadoria de atendimentos registrados no Reclame Aqui;

Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação e percepção ao longo da jornada do cliente;

Monitorar interações nos canais digitais, identificando pontos críticos e recorrentes;

Atualizar e organizar informações no CRM e sistemas internos;

Registrar demandas e acompanhar tratativas, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos atendimentos;

Criar e atualizar scripts, mensagens e conteúdos de atendimento;

Elaborar fluxos de conversação para chatbots;

Sugerir melhorias na jornada e nos processos de atendimento ao cliente;

Apoiar testes de usabilidade de novos serviços e funcionalidades;

Responder comentários, solicitações e mensagens nas redes sociais institucionais;

Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas na resolução de demandas e problemas dos clientes;

Apoiar ações de engajamento, encantamento e relacionamento com o cliente;

Apoiar treinamentos e reciclagens relacionados ao atendimento e à experiência do cliente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;

Conhecimento em pesquisas de satisfação, como NPS, CSAT e CES;

Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM;

Noções de criação de fluxos para chatbots;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento com o cliente;

Conhecimento básico em Power BI;

Perfil analítico, com foco em resultados e melhoria contínua;

Capacidade de interpretar dados e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
