Responsável por executar atividades operacionais e logísticas da farmácia hospitalar, garantindo dispensação, separação, devolução, abastecimento, armazenamento e entrega de medicamentos e materiais hospitalares em toda a instituição, assegurando cumprimento dos protocolos institucionais, controle de estoque, rastreabilidade, atendimento aos SLA’s operacionais e suporte às rotinas da Farmácia Central e Centro Cirúrgico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as rotinas operacionais da farmácia hospitalar, realizando a dispensação, separação, devolução e movimentação de medicamentos e materiais por meio do sistema institucional.Apoiar o atendimento ao paciente cirúrgico, efetuando a dispensação de kits cirúrgicos, materiais avulsos e demais itens destinados ao Centro Cirúrgico.Garantir a correta entrega e a rastreabilidade dos medicamentos e materiais dispensados, realizando as movimentações sistêmicas e as conferências necessárias.Assegurar o atendimento das solicitações dentro dos prazos (SLA) estabelecidos, priorizando demandas de urgência e organizando as atividades conforme os fluxos institucionais.Apoiar o abastecimento, a reposição e a organização dos estoques da Farmácia Central e das farmácias satélites, monitorando continuamente as necessidades operacionais.Executar os processos de unitarização e etiquetagem de medicamentos e materiais, realizando conferência, bipagem e identificação correta dos itens.Realizar a separação e a dispensação de medicamentos e materiais conforme prescrições, protocolos institucionais e procedimentos operacionais padronizados.Controlar a validade de medicamentos e materiais por meio de conferências periódicas, seguindo o cronograma institucional e a metodologia FEFO (First Expire, First Out).Monitorar e registrar diariamente as condições de temperatura e umidade das áreas sob responsabilidade da farmácia, conforme normas e procedimentos institucionais.Efetuar a devolução de medicamentos e materiais provenientes dos setores assistenciais, realizando a baixa correta dos itens no sistema conforme o motivo da devolução.Garantir a acuracidade do estoque de medicamentos sujeitos à Portaria SVS/MS nº 344/1998, realizando contagens, conferências e controles de estoque em conformidade com a legislação vigente.Realizar o abastecimento e a reposição de medicamentos e materiais na Farmácia Central e nas farmácias satélites, de acordo com as solicitações via sistema e as necessidades operacionais.Prestar atendimento telefônico e suporte operacional às unidades assistenciais, direcionando demandas e fornecendo orientações conforme os fluxos institucionais.Apoiar os processos de inventário e controle de estoque, participando das contagens cíclicas e inventários periódicos.Manter a organização, limpeza e padronização das áreas operacionais da farmácia, contribuindo para a segurança, qualidade e eficiência dos processos.Auxiliar na integração, treinamento e orientação de novos assistentes, mensageiros e aprendizes, compartilhando conhecimentos sobre rotinas operacionais e fluxos institucionais.Cumprir os protocolos institucionais, as normas de segurança, as Boas Práticas de Farmácia, as legislações aplicáveis e as orientações da liderança e da equipe farmacêutica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino médio completo e experiência na FarmáciaDesejável informática nível intermediárioInformações adicionaisQuais benefícios oferecemos aos nossos funcionários?•   Assistência Médica•   Assistência Odontológica•   Vale Transporte•   Seguro de Vida•   Refeitório•   Auxílio Creche•   Ambulatório Médico•   Wellhub (Gympass)•   Day off de aniversário•   Cesta ou Vale de Natal•   Ações de Qualidade de Vida•   Programa de Somos + Saúde•   Conexa Saúde (Telemedicina)•   Premiação por tempo de casa•   Parcerias educacionais•   Parceria com SESC•   Convênio farmácia - Univers•   Desconto em estacionamentos da regiãoPara colaboradores que realizam jornada diária superior a 6h.Para mulheres que tenham filhos conforme convenção coletiva.Ativado no mês seguinte após os 90 dias do período de experiência.
