Gerar e emitir faturas e notas fiscais conforme os serviços prestados ou produtos vendidos, garantir que as faturas estejam corretas e completas, resolver dúvidas e questões relacionadas ao faturamento de maneira eficaz e profissional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecebimento de solicitação de faturamento pelo sistema de Gestão de Pedidos;Conferir os pedidos de acordo com formulário e ordem de compra;Conferir pedidos realizados pelo setor comercial para análise de dados;Constatar se os impostos estão destacados corretamente;Verificar a TES (Tipo de entrada e saída da nota) da operação está correta;Revisar o valor do pedido com o formulário;Verificar se tem analise de credito liberada pelo financeiro;Analisar se o cadastro do cliente se está atualizado e correto;Consultar se existe autorização da diretoria em notas de remessa;Emitir carta de correção se necessário;Controle de protocolo de notas expedidas para liberação de carga;Informar setor da portaria sobre notas faturadas para liberação do carregamento;Auxiliar no acompanhamento do fluxo de faturamento e garantir que todos os processos sejam corretamente registrados e faturados;Trabalhar em conjunto com os diversos departamentos para garantir a precisão e a integridade das informações de faturamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em ExcelConhecimento com o sistema TOTVS Protheus será um diferencialDisponibilidade para atuar no horário de 13:20 às 23:00hrs de segunda  sextaInformações adicionaisBenefícios:* Refeição na empresa sem desconto* Plano de saúde e Odontológico (extensivo aos familiares)* Vale-transporte ou Auxílio combustível (Conforme Politica interna).* Participação nos lucros anual- de acordo com a  CCT* Seguro de vida * Convênios com Sesi Betim, Faculdades e Farmácia* Oportunidade de crescimento profissional
