Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de faturamento;Realizar a emissão de notas fiscais de produtos e serviços, conforme os procedimentos internos;Conferir pedidos, documentos e informações necessárias para o faturamento;Realizar lançamentos e atualizações no sistemaTOTVS Protheus;Acompanhar pedidos e processos de faturamento, identificando possíveis pendências;Apoiar nas tratativas de correções e cancelamentos de notas fiscais;Atualizar planilhas e controles internos da área;Organizar documentos e arquivos relacionados ao faturamento;Apoiar o atendimento de solicitações das áreas Comercial, Financeira, Fiscal e Contábil;Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento das rotinas de faturamento;Apoiar nas demais atividades administrativas relacionadas à área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em emissão de notas fiscais;Conhecimento básico em Excel;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e realizar lançamentos;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Diferencial:Conhecimento ou experiência com TOTVS Protheus;Experiência anterior com rotinas de faturamento;Conhecimento básico de notas fiscais de produtos e serviços.
