Se você tem experiência com faturamento, atenção aos detalhes e gosta de trabalhar com agilidade e organização, venha fazer parte do nosso time.  RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕESEmitir e conferir notas fiscais de produtos e serviços;Realizar faturamento de operações de venda, devolução, transferências e triangulações;Emitir NF-e, NFS-e, cartas de correção e controlar arquivos XML;Emitir guias como DARE, GNRE e DIFAL;Analisar pedidos e validar informações fiscais e tributárias;Apoiar as rotinas de contas a receber e faturamento mensal;Controlar documentação fiscal e envio para a contabilidade;Realizar consultas tributárias de NCM e alíquotas;Processar devoluções de vendas e créditos de clientes;Acompanhar entregas, aprovar fretes e apoiar na resolução de ocorrências relacionadas ao faturamento e logística;Manter interface com clientes e equipe comercial para correção de informações e liberação de pedidos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo; Desejável: ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência na área de faturamento;Conhecimento em emissão de NF-e e NFS-e;Conhecimento básico de tributos como ICMS, IPI, PIS e COFINS;Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Vivência com rotinas administrativas e financeiras.  Será considerado diferencialExperiência anterior em distribuidoras, indústrias ou empresas com alto volume de faturamento;Vivência com sistemas ERP, como Protheus, Totvs, Omie, Bling ou similares. Informações adicionaisOferecemos contratação CLT + benefícios:Plano de saúde Bradesco;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição;Vale transporte.
