Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas, com senso de dono e amor ao próximo e que fazem a diferença todos os dias.Nosso propósito é transformar soluções logísticas em resultados importantes em termos de otimização, tecnologia e redução de emissões de CO2.Como Assistente de Faturamento, você irá realizar o faturamento de CTE's, reemitir faturas e reimprimir CTE's, enviar documentos aos clientes (CTE's, faturas, comprovantes). Cobrar a área operacional/central de emissão pelo envio dos documentos necessários para o faturamento e controlar a inadimplência.Responsabilidades e atribuições💡 CONTAMOS COM VOCÊ PARAAcompanhar as informações no Portal do Cliente. Orientar o cliente quanto ao uso do Portal do Cliente. Gerar relatórios e conferir os valores emitidos pela operação/central de emissão dos CTE’s e NF’s, verificando se estão de acordo com o contrato/proposta do cliente. Efetuar as tratativas de processos de faturamento com divergências. Montar processos de faturamento conforme definido pelo cliente (CTE, fatura, boleto, comprovantes). Cobrar a área operacional/central de emissão quanto ao recebimento dos documentos devidamente baixados no sistema, permitindo o faturamento dos CTE’s. Efetuar o faturamento de clientes. Reemitir faturas. Enviar os documentos para os clientes. Enviar para o arquivo central os documentos de entrega. Gerar relatórios de CTE’s pendentes de faturamento. Protocolar o envio das faturas. Controlar o retorno dos protocolos (eletrônicos ou físicos) e arquivar na rede, conforme o procedimento. Compreender as operações/benefícios fiscais (isenção de ICMS, pedágio x não integra base de cálculo de ICMS, retenção de ISS, local de prestação de serviços para fins de ISS) para orientar a conferência de valores. Controlar a inadimplência dos clientes da sua carteira. Requisitos e qualificações👍 VOCÊ PRECISA TER:Ensino médio completo;Raciocínio Logico apurado;Boa comunicação;Proatividade.👍 SERA UM DIFERENCIAL:Possuir experiência mínima em faturamento ou vivência operacional na área de transportes;Ensino superior cursando ou completo em áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Cargolift Logística – Sorocaba/SP.Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta das 08H00 ás 16h48.BENEFÍCIOS PARA NOSSOS #CARGOLOVERSAlimentação e transporte: vale alimentação e/ou refeição; vale transporte; VT bike.Saúde e bem-estar: plano de saúde; plano odontológico; Total Pass; serviço de Capelania.Segurança e família: seguro de vida; licença maternidade mais; programa "Felizes Para Sempre"; programa 3+ filhos.Educacionais e parcerias: convênio com SETCEPAR e convênio com SEST SENAT.#VEMPRACARGOLIFTTodas as nossas vagas são elegíveis a pessoas com deficiência e/ou reabilitados.
