Responsável pela emissão e gestão dos documentos fiscais de saída, visando a conformidade em relação às normas fiscais vigentes e atendimento ao processo de faturamento da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Realizar a emissão das notas fiscais de vendas da empresa, observando às normas fiscais vigentes; • Realizar a emissão de cartas de correção para notas fiscais, conforme necessidade, avaliando os requisitos definidos pela norma fiscal; • Realizar o cancelamento das notas fiscais quando necessário, observando os procedimentos e prazos definidos na legislação; • Realizar a emissão e registro de Notas Fiscais de devolução de vendas, validando sua autenticidade junto à Sefaz, avaliando os aspectos fiscais das operações, garantindo a escrituração fiscal em conformidade com as normas fiscais vigentes; • Realizar a emissão e gestão de MDF-e (Manifesto Eletrônico de Documentos Fiscais Eletrônico), e analisar parâmetros legais, e após conclusão das entregas, finalizar processo sistêmico de notificação de entrega; • Realizar a emissão de notas fiscais de remessas (conserto, industrialização, outras saídas, etc), avaliando os tributos incidentes e os aspectos fiscais como CFOP, CST, informações adicionais específicas, e demais exigências definidas pela legislação para cada tipo de operação; • Realizar a solicitação do PIM (Protocolo de Ingresso de Mercadoria) para as notas fiscais emitidas para a região Suframa, e acompanhar o aceite do cliente para a liberação da carga; • Gerenciar e monitorar as notas fiscais emitidas pela empresa, através do monitor GRC; • Realizar a emissão e contabilização de GNRE's de ICMS ST para os estados sem inscrição estadual, e direcionar à área financeira, visando o cumprimento da obrigação (pagamento); • Realizar a emissão e contabilização de Guias de ICMS Diferencial de alíquotas, devido à UF de destino nas vendas para consumidor final, para os estados sem inscrição estadual, e direcionar à área financeira, visando o cumprimento da obrigação (pagamento); • Conferir semanalmente o recolhimento de ST para outros estados com as respectivas guias pagas pela operação; • Fornecer informações gerenciais sobre os documentos fiscais de saídas e das devoluções, através da criação de indicadores e relatórios, com o intuito de suportar os processos da companhia; • Apoiar outras atividades inerentes da área tributária e demais setores da empresa.Requisitos e qualificações• Domínio no Pacote Office. • Desejável de 1 ano de experiência na área de atuação. • Desejável conhecimento básico em Legislação Tributária.Informações adicionaisConfira nossos benefícios:Para você:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoRefeição na EmpresaVale TransporteDesconto de 40% em nossos produtosParcerias com Instituições de EnsinoCartão FarmáciaUniversidade CorporativaPara sua Família:Auxílio CrecheLicença Maternidade EstendidaAcolhimento MaternoPrograma Bebê a BordoPara sua Saúde:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaTotalPassVacina contra a Gripe Os benefícios podem variar conforme a unidade.
