A Unimed Guarulhos valoriza o desenvolvimento de seus profissionais e por isso prioriza os profissionais de casa, com oportunidade de adesão a novas posições. ASSISTENTE DE FATURAMENTO Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar se toda a documentação necessária para o faturamento do prontuário está completa;Estar alinhado com o setor comercial referente a contratos de prestadores de serviço, parametrização de sistema;Lançamento de todas as informações das contas dos pacientes do hospital (uso de materiais, medicamentos, refeições, exames e procedimentos);Verificar se todos os itens inclusos e se os valores estão de acordo com as politicas de cobrança de cada convenio;Leitura dos prontuários, codificação das taxas, honorários médicos e exames de SADT das contas hospitalares internações de conveniados para apuração dos gastos efetuados por paciente conforme seus convênios;Recebimento e conferência das glosas dos convênios faturados;Lançamento/leitura das informações das contas dos pacientes em pronto socorro (uso de materiais, medicamentos, refeições, exames e procedimentos);Geração de arquivo xml e envio via sistema para as operadoras;Controle de entrada e saída do prontuário do setor de faturamento organizando por tipo de guias TISS;Conferência de valores e conformidade com contratos;Interfaces com os setores Central de Guias, Núcleo de Autorizações e Contas Médicas para tratativas de erros no faturamento;Participar de reuniões com áreas correlatas;Resoluções de problemas de solicitações de ajustes e parametrizações de maior complexidade;Apoiar o Supervisor/Coordenador na análise de indicadores de desempenho do faturamento;Emitir relatórios gerais para conferência de contas pendentes, contas sem títulos, contas sem faturar e etc.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Médio Completo.Conhecimentos em informática/nível básico.Habilidade em rotinas administrativas.Tabela CBHPMCID 10Materiais e medicamentos hospitalaresInformações adicionaisAssistência Médica Unimed Guarulhos: Plano de saúde de qualidade, visando o cuidado com a saúde e o bem-estar dos colaboradores.
