Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o Analista de Faturamento em atualização da base de dados das Declarações e envio para os prepostos;Realizar no monitoramento e na movimentação de pessoal relacionada a admissões, demissões, transferências, inícios e retornos de férias e afastamento no curso do mês, a fim de respeitar a proporcionalidade no faturamento com orientação do Analista de Faturamento;Encaminhar cartões de pontos manuais para os prepostos realizarem a distribuição nas unidades seguindo orientação do Analista de Faturamento;Auxiliar na elaboração das declarações de plantões que servirão de base para que os prepostos efetuem o preenchimento dos serviços prestados nas Unidades de Saúde respeitando a vinculação ao Contrato quando solicitado pelo Analista de Faturamento;Realizar análise dos cartões de Ponto manuais em relação as Declarações enviadas pelos prepostos das Unidades de Saúde, certificando o correto e efetivo faturamento;Quando solicitado pelo Analista de Faturamento, efetuar correções em eventuais inconsistências nas Declarações, assegurando que todas estejam em conformidade com os requisitos estabelecidos;Acompanhar a geração dos relatórios das unidades que utilizam o ponto eletrônico pelo SISQUAL, analisando os plantões e identificando qualquer inconsistência. Quando das ocorrências de inconsistências, acionar o Analista de Faturamento para direcionar aos responsáveis (Prepostos/Supervisores) para sanar as questões;Armazenar em pasta as escalas de serviços das unidades disponibilizada pelo Analista de Faturamento;Acompanhar e registrar junto ao Analista recebimento declarações, escalas e cartões de ponto para conferência e devolução para assinatura após mediante autorização do Analista de Faturamento;Apoiar o Analista de Faturamento na elaboração das Declarações e Escalas Trabalhadas para os prepostos recolherem assinaturas devidas;Checar os materiais necessários (Declarações, Escalas, Certidões e Cartões de ponto) nas pastas em rede para o protocolo das documentações;Organizar, ordenar vias originais das declarações e escalas trabalhadas encaminhadas pelos prepostos para o correto processo de arquivamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência em atividades de faturamento e/ou rotinas de departamento de pessoal;Vivência com sistemas de gestão (ERP), preferencialmente TOTVS RM e/ou SISQUAL, será um diferencial;Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel (filtros, tabelas, fórmulas e organização de dados);Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de cumprir prazos;Desejável experiência em faturamento de contratos de prestação de serviços, especialmente na área da saúde.Informações adicionaisVale-transporteTícket- alimentaçãoPlano de saúde e odontólogicoWellhubCartão FJSClube de vantagens
