Em 2006, surge a brMalls resultando em um portfólio de 30 ativos presentes nas cinco regiões do país.E assim, em 2023, a ALLOS surge com o encontro de duas potências nacionais do segmento, unindo forças para se tornar a mais inovadora plataforma de entretenimento, lifestyle, serviços e compras.Nossa história continua e estamos prontos para criar momentos que transformam e impactam a vida das pessoas, gerando conexões e oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar atividades de suporte aos processos de pagamento, assegurando aderência às políticas internas e aos controles estabelecidos.Gerenciar requisições e chamados por meio das plataformas Ariba/SAP e ServiceNow, acompanhando seu fluxo até a conclusão.Identificar, analisar e solucionar pendências operacionais, promovendo agilidade e eficiência nos processos.Controlar prazos e acompanhar demandas, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas e níveis de serviço acordados.Desenvolver e manter relatórios gerenciais atualizados, fornecendo visibilidade sobre pagamentos, status das solicitações e pendências da área.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, apoiando a organização, a governança e a qualidade das operações.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou de suporte operacional.Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização, planejamento e atenção aos detalhes.Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, incluindo utilização de filtros, fórmulas básicas e elaboração de relatórios.Desejável conhecimento ou vivência com os sistemas Ariba, SAP FI e ServiceNow.
