o descritivo da oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar e acolher pacientes e acompanhantes durante a internação, realizando acompanhamento até o leito e orientações sobre as instalações e rotinas hospitalares.Realizar visitas de hospitalidade e acompanhar solicitações, dúvidas, elogios e insatisfações dos pacientes e acompanhantes.Intermediar demandas com as áreas de Higiene, Nutrição, Manutenção, Recepção e demais setores, acompanhando a resolução das solicitações.Acompanhar a gestão e liberação de leitos, verificando condições de quartos, mobiliários, enxoval, equipamentos e itens de hotelaria.Realizar rondas nas áreas assistenciais e comuns, acompanhando a qualidade da limpeza, organização, reposição de insumos e cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos.Identificar e acompanhar não conformidades, chamados de manutenção e indicadores/SLA das equipes envolvidas.Apoiar o acompanhamento das equipes de higiene, incluindo escalas, checklists, auditorias e execução das rotinas de limpeza.Atender e encaminhar demandas relacionadas à alimentação junto ao Serviço de Nutrição.Realizar controle de pertences de pacientes, Achados e Perdidos, chaves e armários rotativos.Prestar suporte operacional à Recepção e demais áreas, contribuindo para a agilidade, organização e qualidade da experiência do paciente.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;Desejável experiência na área hospitalar, hotelaria, atendimento ou áreas relacionadas;Boa comunicação verbal e facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos;

Disponibilidade e disposição para circulação constante pelas dependências do hospital, realizando rondas, acompanhamento de pacientes e verificação das condições dos quartos e áreas assistenciais;Perfil dinâmico, atento e comprometido com a qualidade da experiência e do atendimento ao paciente.
