Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Infraestrutura para integrar nosso time. Procuramos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e com interesse em tecnologia, que tenha facilidade para solucionar problemas e apoiar os usuários nas demandas do dia a dia.A pessoa será responsável por apoiar as rotinas de infraestrutura de TI, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, sistemas, acessos e recursos tecnológicos da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico aos usuários, auxiliando na resolução de problemas relacionados a computadores, sistemas, periféricos e acessos.Realizar configuração, instalação e manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e demais equipamentos de TI.Apoiar na criação, alteração e gerenciamento de acessos a sistemas, e-mails e demais recursos corporativos.Realizar atendimento e acompanhamento de chamados de suporte, garantindo o registro e acompanhamento das solicitações.Apoiar na manutenção da infraestrutura de rede, conectividade e equipamentos.Realizar a instalação e configuração de softwares e ferramentas corporativas.Apoiar no controle e organização do inventário de equipamentos e ativos de TI.Auxiliar na identificação e resolução de incidentes e problemas técnicos.Apoiar rotinas relacionadas a backup, segurança da informação e atualização de equipamentos e sistemas.Orientar os usuários quanto ao uso adequado dos recursos e ferramentas de tecnologia.Apoiar a equipe de TI na documentação de procedimentos e organização dos processos de infraestrutura.Contribuir na identificação de melhorias nos processos e recursos tecnológicos da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior ou Técnico em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos básicos em hardware e software.Conhecimentos básicos em sistemas operacionais Windows.Familiaridade com redes de computadores, internet e conectividade.Conhecimento básico em Microsoft 365/Office.Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação e atendimento aos usuários.Perfil proativo, curioso e com interesse em aprender e solucionar problemas.Desejáveis:Experiência anterior com suporte técnico ou atendimento de chamados.Conhecimento em Active Directory e gerenciamento de usuários e permissões.Conhecimento em redes, servidores ou infraestrutura em nuvem.Vivência com ferramentas de help desk/service desk.Conhecimento em segurança da informação.Vivência com ERP TOTVS Protheus ou outros sistemas corporativos.
