Atuar na operação e sustentação dos ambientes de Cloud, garantindo a disponibilidade, segurança, padronização e eficiência dos serviços, por meio da aplicação de boas práticas, governança e melhoria contínua dos ambientes tecnológicos.​Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a administração e sustentação dos ambientes Cloud (Pública, Privada e Híbrida), garantindo disponibilidade e desempenho dos serviços. ​Executar rotinas operacionais e atividades de suporte aos ambientes sob orientação da equipe técnica. ​Monitorar recursos, serviços e indicadores dos ambientes Cloud, registrando e reportando desvios identificados. ​Atender e acompanhar chamados de baixa e média complexidade, contribuindo para a resolução de incidentes e requisições.​Apoiar o provisionamento, configuração e manutenção de recursos em nuvem.​Auxiliar na gestão de acessos, aplicação de atualizações, correções e boas práticas de segurança.​Participar de projetos de implantação, migração e evolução de ambientes Cloud.​Elaborar e manter documentações técnicas, procedimentos operacionais e registros de configuração atualizados.​Executar checklists operacionais, validações periódicas e atividades preventivas para assegurar a estabilidade dos ambientes.​Apoiar testes, homologações e avaliações de novas soluções e tecnologias.​Contribuir na identificação de problemas recorrentes, análises de causa e ações de melhoria contínua.​Auxiliar na geração de relatórios operacionais, indicadores e controles relacionados ao ambiente Cloud.​Colaborar com iniciativas de automação, padronização, governança e otimização dos processos e serviços.​Atuar de forma integrada com as equipes de Virtualização, Backup, Segurança da Informação (NetSec), Infraestrutura e demais áreas de tecnologia para garantir a continuidade e a evolução dos serviços.​Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:​​Conhecimento básico em Cloud (Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud). ​Conhecimento básico de Windows e Linux. ​Noções de redes TCP/IP. ​Conhecimento básico de virtualização. ​Conhecimento básico de monitoramento de infraestrutura. ​Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído em TI ou áreas correlatas​​Desejável:​​Conhecimento básico em PowerShell, Bash ou Python.​Noções de Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM ou CloudFormation). ​Conhecimento básico em Docker e Kubernetes.​Noções de segurança em ambientes Cloud.​Conhecimento básico em ITIL.
