Realizar serviços administrativos, monitorando estoques e produtos deteriorados, liberando transportadores, controlando movimentação de pallets, elaborando indicadores, efetuando a gestão de back order e venda direta e preenchendo planilhas de controles diversos, liberando e recebendo os veículos de distribuição verificando o correto preenchimento dos canhotos, efetuar a roteirização de cargas, alimentando o sistema e planilhas de controle de devolução e reentrega.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar estoques contábil / físico e controlar contabilmente produtos deteriorados, estoque de produtos em terceiros e todos os locais de estoque do sistema;                                                                                                                                                     Realizar interface do sistema WMS e ERP;                                                                                                                                                      Emitir nota fiscal de incineração, remessa para armazenagem e transferência;                                                                                                                                             Providenciar a transferência de produtos estocados em terceiros;                                                                                                                                                     Controlar movimentação de pallets interna e em clientes;                                                                                                                                                     Conferir faturas dos armazenadores;                                                                                                                                                Efetuar o fechamento de viagens e diárias com transportadoras;                                                                                                                                                       Controlar as trocas de notas fiscais da fábrica para clientes;                                                                                                                                                   Montar processo de sinistro;                                                                                                                                                 Elaborar Indicadores para o CD e planilhas de controle diversas;                                                                                                                                                          Realizar a gestão diária do back order e informar a Logística Corporativa;                                                                                                                                                         Efetuar a gestão de pedidos de vendas diretas e grandes redes;                                                                                                                                                        Gerar romaneio de carga por produtos, separar romaneios de carga por veículo e emitir romaneio de carga manual;                                                                                                                                               Verificar divergência nas entregas e carregamento e providenciar o acerto;                                                                                                                                                  Liberar veículos para distribuição;                                                                                                                                                       Realizar o atendimento a clientes, vendedores e transportadoras, procurando solucionar ou encaminhar adequadamente os problemas relatados nas entregas;                                                                                                                                                          Elaborar relatórios de distribuição, reentregas, escala de veículos;                                                                                                                                                     Efetuar a prestação de contas com transportadores, verificando a entrega de todos os canhotos devidamente assinados;                                                                                                                                                      Conferir tickets de pedágios;                                                                                                                                                 Efetuar controle sobre as restituições a clientes;                                                                                                                                                         Manter controle de pendências de notas fiscais e canhotos.
