Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Realizar a gestão operacional de transportes, assegurando o fluxo eficiente entre origem e destino;Coordenar processos relacionados à movimentação e expedição de cargas, acompanhando prazos e etapas da operação;Acompanhar a disponibilidade e o posicionamento da frota, garantindo o atendimento da programação logística;Gerenciar agendas de carregamento e descarga junto a fornecedores, motoristas e parceiros logísticos;Apoiar controles administrativos relacionados às operações de transporte e armazenagem;Monitorar indicadores operacionais, identificando desvios e propondo ações para mitigação de perdas;Validar documentos, lançamentos e cobranças de prestadores de serviço, garantindo conformidade com os acordos realizados;Elaborar e consolidar informações sobre embarques, volumes movimentados e status das operações;Atuar como ponto de contato entre áreas internas e parceiros externos para assegurar a continuidade das atividades;Acompanhar ocorrências operacionais e apoiar a resolução de demandas relacionadas à logística de transporte;Realizar conferências financeiras vinculadas às operações, incluindo custos adicionais e serviços contratados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.Excel em nível intermediário.Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial em Cuiabá/MT.Conhecimento básico ou noções de faturamento e/ou rotinas logísticas será considerado diferencial. Perfil proativo, com disposição para aprender na prática e lidar com rotina operacional dinâmica.
