Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ao Cliente • Apoiar no atendimento aos clientes, fornecendo informações básicas sobre pedidos, coletas e entregas; • Registrar solicitações e ocorrências em sistema; • Direcionar demandas para responsáveis, quando necessário; • Apoiar a área na manutenção de um atendimento ágil e organizado Controle de Custos Logísticos • Realizar lançamentos e atualizações de dados em planilhas de controle; • Apoiar a organização de informações relacionadas a custos logísticos; • Auxiliar na conferência de dados operacionais. Apoio na Gestão de Transportadoras • Apoiar o contato operacional com motoristas e transportadoras; • Auxiliar no envio de informações de coletas e entregas; • Atualizar controles de acompanhamento de parceiros logísticos. Acompanhamento de Operações Logísticas • Realizar o acompanhamento básico de pedidos, coletas e entregas; • Atualizar status em sistemas e planilhas; • Registrar ocorrências operacionais (RACs) conforme orientação; • Apoiar na identificação de atrasos e comunicar a liderança. Indicadores e Relatórios • Coletar dados operacionais para atualização de controles; • Apoiar na alimentação de relatórios simples; • Organizar informações para acompanhamento da área. Melhoria Contínua • Apoiar a organização dos processos e rotinas; • Sugerir melhorias simples com base nas atividades do dia a dia.
