Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições Cadastrar e manter atualizados os contratos da área de Marketing no SAP Business One;

Realizar a medição periódica dos contratos, conferindo valores, quantidades, reajustes, descontos e serviços entregues;

Acompanhar o cumprimento das entregas realizadas pelos fornecedores;

Controlar vencimentos, renovações, reajustes e prazos contratuais;

Apoiar solicitações de aditivos, distratos e demais comunicações com fornecedores;

Conciliar contrato x pedido x nota fiscal x pagamento, identificando possíveis divergências;

Acompanhar pagamentos e pendências relacionadas aos fornecedores da área;

Manter atualizado o painel gerencial de contratos e despesas do Marketing;

Elaborar relatórios de gastos e apoiar o acompanhamento do orçamento da área;

Apoiar o fechamento mensal, provisões e conciliações;

Registrar e acompanhar demandas administrativas no GLPI;

Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais de contratos e documentos;

Apoiar a Coordenação de Marketing nas demais rotinas administrativas e financeiras.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Marketing, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com gestão de contratos, medição de serviços, contas a pagar ou controladoria;

Vivência com conferência de documentos e fechamento mensal;

Excel avançado;

Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;

Conhecimento em contratos, vigências, reajustes, garantias e penalidades;

Noções de provisão, conciliação e regime de competência;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes;

Organização e disciplina no cumprimento de prazos;
