Criação de pedidos no sistema e acompanhamento da entrada de notas fiscais junto da segunda analista do departamento.Cadastro de fornecedores, coordenação de envio de materiais, controle de estoque. Criação de briefings para departamentos internos, apoio na organização de eventos, gestão de fornecedores e suporte em todas as fases do evento.Gestão de contratos e documentos relacionados a modelos, fornecedores e licenciados.Suporte às demandas internas e relacionamento com a equipe.O que se espera do profissional: A Analista será o principal eixo do departamento junto dos demais, reunindo demandas criativas e administrativas em grande parte dos seus dias.
