O Grupo Brinox tem como propósito transformar positivamente o dia a dia das pessoas.Se você acredita que tem o Nosso Jeito, venha fazer parte do nosso time! Estamos com uma oportunidade para Assistente de Marketing - Marketing de Influencia e ComunidadeSe você reside em São Paulo- SP e tem interesse em fazer parte do Grupo Brinox, esta é a sua oportunidade. Junte-se a nós para fazer a diferença!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Ser o ponto de contato operacional com influenciadores, creators, UGCs e afiliados das marcas Brinox e Coza;Apoiar a prospecção, seleção, cadastro e ativação de novos parceiros, conforme a estratégia definida pela área;Enviar briefings e orientar os parceiros sobre entregas, formatos, prazos, marcações e diretrizes das marcas;Acompanhar os cronogramas de conteúdo, cobrando entregas e sinalizando atrasos, pendências ou necessidades de ajuste;Receber e conferir os conteúdos produzidos, verificando aderência ao briefing antes do encaminhamento para aprovação;Organizar contratos, autorizações de uso de imagem, cadastros, notas fiscais e pagamentos dos parceiros;Coordenar o envio de produtos, acompanhando endereços, disponibilidade, rastreamento e confirmação de recebimento;Organizar fotos, vídeos, links de publicação e demais materiais gerados em um banco de conteúdos;Apoiar ações, eventos, shootings, press days e ativações com influenciadores, especialmente em São Paulo;Atualizar os controles e consolidar informações sobre parceiros, conteúdos entregues, publicações, alcance e resultados das ações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa ou em andamento em Marketing, Comunicação, Publicidade ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência com planejamento, publicação e acompanhamento de conteúdos para redes sociais;Conhecimento dos formatos e linguagens de Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook e Pinterest;Experiência com processos de influenciadores, creators, UGCs ou afiliados, incluindo briefings, contratos e acompanhamento de entregas;Familiaridade com inteligência artificial aplicada à criação e otimização de conteúdos.Será um diferencial se você tiverHabilidade para gravar, captar imagens e realizar edições de vídeos e fotos em ferramentas como CapCut, Canva ou similares;Experiência com cobertura de eventos, ativações e produção de conteúdo em tempo real;Conhecimento ou interesse pelo universo de consumo, casa, cozinha e lifestyle.Informações adicionaisCONHEÇA NOSSOS BENEFÍCIOS!BEM-ESTAR:Plano de SaúdePREMIAÇÃO:Programa de Participação nos resultados (PPR)DESENVOLVIMENTO PESSOAL:Auxílio EducaçãoTRANQUILIDADE E QUALIDADE DE VIDA:TransporteAlimentaçãoSeguro de vidaAuxílio CrecheDatas importantes (Aniversário, tempo de casa)Atendimento Psicossocial - Programa Positivamente Todas*Seguras - Movimento de enfrentamento à violência domésticaOUTRAS VANTAGENS:Desconto para compra de nossos produtos Convênios CADA EXPERIÊNCIA DE SUA JORNADA IMPORTA!!!
