Estamos à procura de um(a) Assistente de Marketing para dar suporte ao planejamento, execução e acompanhamento das ações de marketing da Cacique Lubrificantes, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca, apoio ao time comercial, geração de demanda, relacionamento com clientes e crescimento dos negócios. O profissional também será responsável por apoiar as ações de marketing e desenvolvimento comercial de três novas unidades de negócio do Grupo Cacique:Maracanã Acessórios;Troca de Óleo Cacique Lub;Venda de Gás nos Postos da Rede Cacique.Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!

Responsabilidades e atribuições - Apoiar o planejamento, execução e acompanhamento do calendário mensal de marketing, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento das ações da Cacique Lubrificantes e dos novos negócios do Grupo Cacique (Maracanã Acessórios,  Troca de Óleo Cacique Lub e  Venda de Gás nos Postos da Rede Cacique);- Desenvolver, em conjunto com a área Comercial, campanhas comerciais, promocionais e ações de vendas, incluindo campanhas de incentivo, lançamento de produtos, aumento de mix, positivação e fidelização de clientes;- Elaborar briefings para criação de peças gráficas, materiais digitais, campanhas, promoções e demais materiais de comunicação, acompanhando sua produção e aplicação;- Apoiar a divulgação de produtos, lançamentos, promoções e condições comerciais, produzindo materiais de suporte para consultores, clientes, parceiros e equipes de vendas;- Acompanhar e apoiar as redes sociais e canais digitais da empresa, contribuindo para a produção de conteúdos para Instagram, WhatsApp, comunicação institucional e interna, além de manter atualizado o calendário de postagens e campanhas;- Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe comercial, identificando oportunidades para realização de ações locais direcionadas a oficinas, autopeças, postos, autocenters, motopeças e demais clientes da distribuidora;- Apoiar o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento da Maracanã Acessórios, criando campanhas de divulgação, promoções, lançamentos e conteúdos voltados à geração de tráfego e vendas, além de ações para aquisição, ativação e fidelização de clientes;- Desenvolver ações de marketing para o Troca de Óleo Cacique Lub, apoiando o lançamento e a divulgação do serviço, a captação de clientes, campanhas promocionais, estratégias de fidelização e recompra e divulgação de lubrificantes, filtros, aditivos e produtos relacionados;- Apoiar o desenvolvimento da operação de venda de gás nos postos da Rede Cacique, elaborando campanhas promocionais, materiais de comunicação física e digital e estratégias para atração, recorrência e fidelização de clientes;- Apoiar a organização e execução de eventos corporativos e comerciais, feiras, treinamentos, inaugurações, lançamentos e ativações de marcas nos pontos de venda, garantindo os materiais necessários para cada ação;-Entre outras atividades.

Requisitos e qualificações-Desejável Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Comunicação, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;- Disponibilidade para acompanhar ações externas, eventos, inaugurações e ativações comerciais;- Criatividade, proatividade e orientação para resultados; - Interesse por marketing, vendas e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;- Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de redes sociais (Cap cut, Canva e Treco ou similares);- Criatividade, proatividade e orientação para resultados;- Organização e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.Informações adicionais- Salário fixo + remuneração variável, conforme o atingimento de indicadores, podendo chegar a R$ 1.500,00;- Vale-alimentação: R$ 450,00- Auxílio-combustível: R$ 352,00;- Plano de saúde: 50% custeado pela empresa;- Plano odontológico: opcional, mediante adesão;- Descontos em empresas e instituições parceiras.
