Como Assistente de Materiais, você garante que os recursos certos estejam disponíveis no momento certo. Seu trabalho sustenta diretamente a eficiência operacional das nossas plantas e contribui para um futuro mais sustentável.

Responsabilidades e atribuições - Controlar os níveis de estoque das usinas, identificando necessidades e emitindo requisições de compras para garantir o ressuprimento adequado.

- Realizar o inventário mensal dos itens de estoque e gerar relatórios de acuracidade para apoiar a tomada de decisão.

- Receber, inspecionar e armazenar materiais nas usinas, assegurando a integridade dos itens e os devidos registros no sistema.

- Emitir notas fiscais e coordenar a logística de despacho de materiais em conformidade com os processos da Companhia.

- Participar dos processos de doação, alienação de equipamentos obsoletos e descarte de resíduos, com os devidos controles e registros.

- Operar equipamentos de movimentação de cargas no almoxarifado com segurança e eficiência.

- Cadastrar materiais no sistema da Companhia e elaborar ordens de serviço para demandas de contratação.

Requisitos e qualificações - Ensino Médio Completo concluído.

- Noções de controle de estoque, nota fiscal, recebimento e expedição de materiais.

- Experiência básica com sistemas de gestão de estoque, como SAP ou Oracle.

- Conhecimento básico em informática: editores de texto, planilhas eletrônicas e e-mail.

- Familiaridade com normas de saúde, segurança e procedimentos administrativos da área.

- Perfil dinâmico, organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de adaptação a diferentes situações.

- Formação técnica em Eletromecânica ou Mecânica é um diferencial valorizado.Importante: Esta é uma vaga afirmativa para Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD).
