Profissional responsável pelo suporte às atividades de monitoramento e controle logístico, atuando na manutenção e cadastro de tabelas de frete, atendimento de chamados, criação de registros de atividades não parametrizadas e apoio às demandas operacionais da Torre de Controle. Será responsável por garantir que as informações estejam corretamente registradas nos sistemas, contribuindo para a execução dos processos logísticos de forma organizada, ágil e aderente às regras estabelecidas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cadastro, atualização e manutenção de tabelas de frete nos sistemas utilizados pela empresa;

Validar informações comerciais e operacionais necessárias para a parametrização de tabelas;

Atender e acompanhar chamados relacionados a tabelas de frete, ajustes e demandas logísticas;

Realizar o cadastro e a criação de registros de atividades não parametrizadas, garantindo a correta identificação e rastreabilidade das operações;

Apoiar a análise de solicitações de frete spot, realizando os registros necessários conforme os fluxos e alçadas definidos;

Conferir valores, condições, origem, destino, modalidade e demais informações necessárias para a correta aplicação do frete;

Apoiar as unidades, áreas comerciais e operação na resolução de dúvidas e inconsistências relacionadas aos processos de transporte;

Acompanhar pendências e chamados, garantindo retorno dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;

Identificar divergências de parametrização que possam gerar cobranças indevidas, custos adicionais ou impactos na operação;

Apoiar a atualização de informações cadastrais de transportadoras, rotas e condições de transporte;

Manter os registros e controles da área atualizados, garantindo rastreabilidade das solicitações e alterações realizadas;

Apoiar a equipe de Monitoramento/Torre de Controle nas demandas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao transporte;

Interagir com áreas internas e transportadoras para esclarecimento e tratamento de ocorrências;

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, identificando oportunidades de padronização, automação e redução de retrabalho;

Cumprir os procedimentos, políticas e fluxos estabelecidos pela área de Logística e Transportes.

Requisitos e qualificações RequisitosEnsino médio completo; desejável superior em andamento em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em rotinas administrativas ou operações logísticas;Conhecimento em transportes, fretes, tabelas de preço ou processos logísticos será considerado diferencial;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e ferramentas de gestão;Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas;Capacidade de trabalhar com volume de demandas e cumprimento de prazos.DiferenciaisExperiência em Torre de Controle, Transportes ou Gestão de Fretes;Conhecimento em TMS, Lincros, SAP ou sistemas de gestão logística;Vivência com frete spot, parametrização de tabelas e auditoria de fretes;Conhecimento de indicadores logísticos;Perfil voltado para melhoria de processos e resolução de problemas.
