Prestar atendimento e dar orientações aos Cooperados e possíveis Cooperados, seguindo recomendações e procedimentos internos e padronizados, bem como realizar atividades de suporte a todos os demais cargos das Unidades de Atendimento.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Realizar atendimento presencial ou remoto aos Cooperados, atuando com foco na eficiência e excelência, sanando dúvidas, prestando informações diversas de baixa complexidade tais como quanto ao saldo de contas, orientações para depósitos, consultas, utilização do autoatendimento e demais solicitações correlatas.• Prestar suporte em todos os processos inerentes às atividades nas Unidades de Atendimento, seja na organização, confecção e/ou arquivamento de documentos físicos ou virtuais, seja para abertura de contas ou atualização de cadastro, admissão ou desligamento de cooperados.• Efetuar a coleta e distribuição das correspondências, documentos, relatórios e materiais nas Unidades de Atendimento.• Realizar atividades relacionadas ao caixa como abertura, manutenção, pagamento, transferência, recebimento e fechamento, gerindo numerários e transições de caixa, acionando, quando necessário, empresas de guarda de valores ou outras instituições financeiras afins.• Participar de processos internos de prospecção de negócios e cooperados, bem como, de venda de produtos e serviços, exceto investimentos, auxiliando inclusive nas demandas de operações em atraso ou saldo devedores em conta corrente.• Realizar outras atividades relativas ao cargo.• Observar demais responsabilidades comuns a todos os cargos do Sistema Ailos.• Observar demais responsabilidades comuns a todos os cargos de Unidades de Atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Cursando em: Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e/ou áreas afins.Certificação em: CPAInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale Alimentação;Plano de Saúde;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Instrução;Auxílio Infantil;Previdência Privada;PPR.PRIVACIDADE E PROTEÇÃO DE DADOSO Sistema Ailos utilizará os dados fornecidos durante sua candidatura para fins relacionados aos processos seletivos e oportunidades profissionais, inclusive por meio de plataformas parceiras de recrutamento.
