Valorizamos atitudes pautadas pelo respeito, integridade, responsabilidade, simplicidade e comprometimento, fortalecendo relações de confiança e colaboração.Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuação como Assistente de Negócios Multi na agência de Igrejinha, exclusiva para pessoas com deficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o atendimento aos associados buscando compreender e atender suas necessidades de forma próxima, ágil e consultiva.Identificar necessidades e oportunidades de negócio, direcionando os associados para as soluções financeiras e canais mais adequados.Apoiar a prospecção e o relacionamento com associados, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da cooperativa.Orientar e incentivar a utilização dos canais digitais e de autoatendimento, promovendo a inclusão digital dos associados.Apoiar atividades operacionais da agência, incluindo conferência de documentos, atualização cadastral e execução de transações financeiras.Contribuir para a integração de novos associados, fortalecendo o relacionamento e disseminando os princípios do cooperativismo.Atuar em conformidade com normas, procedimentos internos e práticas de segurança, prevenção a fraudes e lavagem de dinheiro.
