Possui domínio em informática, especialmente no uso do Microsoft Office e ferramentas de gestão, além de boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Atua com cordialidade e profissionalismo no atendimento ao cliente, apresentando boa oratória e capacidade para redigir e formatar documentos com clareza.
