Estamos buscando Assistente de Onboarding para integrar nosso time de CS.A posição será responsável por conduzir treinamentos online para os clientes da Veri, apresentando funcionalidades, recursos e atualizações dos sistemas, além de orientar sobre a utilização das ferramentas e acompanhar a evolução durante o processo de capacitação.Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, didática, organizada, proativa e hands-on, que tenha facilidade para adaptar a linguagem de acordo com o perfil do cliente, goste de ensinar e tenha atenção à experiência do cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir treinamentos de forma online (Google meet), garantindo uma experiência clara e didática; Apresentar funcionalidades, recursos e atualizações dos sistemas; Adaptar a linguagem e a abordagem de acordo com o perfil e nível de conhecimento do cliente; Esclarecer dúvidas durante os treinamentos e orientar os clientes quanto à utilização das ferramentas; Acompanhar a evolução dos clientes durante o processo de capacitação; Identificar dificuldades e oportunidades de melhoria na experiência de treinamento; Coletar feedbacks dos clientes e compartilhar percepções com as áreas responsáveis; Apoiar na criação e atualização de materiais de treinamento, manuais e conteúdos de apoio.Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com treinamento, onboarding, implantação ou atendimento ao cliente; Ensino Superior cursando ou completo;Boa comunicação verbal, didática e capacidade de explicar assuntos de forma simples e clara; Desenvoltura para conduzir treinamentos online por Google Meet; Facilidade para apresentar sistemas, ferramentas e novas funcionalidades; Capacidade de adaptar a comunicação de acordo com diferentes perfis de clientes; Conhecimento em Pacote Office/Google Workspace; Proatividade para identificar dificuldades e propor melhorias na experiência de treinamento.Diferenciais•Experiência com SaaS, sistemas para empresas;•Experiência com implantação de sistemas ou onboarding de clientes; •Conhecimento do segmento contábil;Informações adicionais📍 Modelo de trabalho: Presencial – Região da João Dias | Zona Sul de São Paulo.Remuneração:Salário fixo compatível com o mercado;Benefícios:🍽️ Vale-Refeição no Cartão Caju;🚌 Vale-Transporte no Cartão Caju;🩺 Assistência Médica Porto Seguro;😁 Assistência Odontológica 100% custeada pela empresa;💪 TotalPass;🎉 Day Off no mês do aniversário;👶 Auxílio-creche;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🎮 Área de descompressão e jogos;💆 Quick Massage;🎟️ Convênio SESC.Além de um ambiente colaborativo e descontraído, aqui você terá um plano de desenvolvimento estruturado, avaliações de desempenho periódicas e oportunidades reais de crescimento profissional.
