Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Assistente de Logística de Importação e Exportação engloba uma variedade de tarefas administrativas e operacionais voltadas para o suporte eficaz das operações da empresa. Este papel é essencial para garantir que as importações e exportações sejam realizadas de acordo com os regulamentos e de forma eficiente.Responsabilidades:Organizar e coordenar o transporte de mercadorias importadas e exportadas, incluindo o agendamento de coletas e entregas.Preparar e verificar toda a documentação necessária para a importação e exportação, como notas fiscais, faturas, listas de embalagem, certificados de origem e documentos aduaneiros se aplicável.Comunicação: Manter contato regular com fornecedores, TCL, agentes de carga, despachantes, motoristas, operadores, ajudantes e autoridades aduaneiras para garantir que todos os requisitos sejam atendidos e que as mercadorias sejam transportadas sem atrasos.Rastrear e monitorar o status dos envios, resolvendo quaisquer problemas que possam surgir durante o transporte.Oferecer suporte administrativo à equipe do TCL, incluindo a preparação de relatórios e a manutenção de registros precisos de todas as atividades de transporte, emissão de CTE / NF de serviço.Realizar puxe de cargas, quando necessário.Identificar e resolver problemas relacionados ao transporte e à documentação, trabalhando para minimizar atrasos e custos extras.Auxiliar na identificação e implementação de estratégias para reduzir custos e melhorar a eficiência no transporte de mercadorias.Manter comunicação efetiva com fornecedores, agentes de carga, motoristas, prestadores de serviços, alfândegas e outros parceiros logísticos para assegurar processos fluidos e eficientes.Elaborar relatórios regulares para monitorar o progresso das operações, mantendo registros detalhados das atividades de importação e exportação, e assegurando que não ocorra acumulação de tarefas pendentes (BACKLOG).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo, graduação em logística ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.Vivência prévia em logística, transportes ou comércio exterior.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, garantindo interação clara e eficaz com clientes, fornecedores e membros da equipe.
