Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que ama transformar com tecnologia e abraça a diversidade em todas as suas formas!Dar suporte operacional à Governança de Pesquisa e Inovação, garantindo que informações, documentos, evidências, bases de conhecimento e instrumentos de gestão estejam organizados, atualizados e disponíveis.Responsabilidades e atribuições•Organizar a base documental da Governança; •Apoiar a centralização das informações na AEVO; •Manter atualizadas bases de projetos, pesquisadores, parceiros, fomento e competências; •Organizar documentos e evidências dos projetos; •Apoiar a construção e manutenção do Dossiê Institucional; •Controlar templates, checklists e modelos; •Apoiar indicadores e relatórios de Governança; •Apoiar a organização de reuniões, registros e decisões; •Realizar levantamentos e consolidações de informações. Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível:Formação• Graduação em andamento ou concluída;• Preferencialmente Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Projetos, Ciência de Dados, Biblioteconomia, Gestão da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência• Em atividades de organização, projetos, processos, inovação, PMO ou pesquisa;• Experiência com organização documental e controle de informações;• Desejável experiência com ferramentas digitais, planilhas, PowerPoint e sistemas de gestão. Competências técnicas • Organização e gestão documental; • Excel/Google Sheets em nível intermediário; • PowerPoint e elaboração de apresentações; • Organização de bases de dados; • Controle de versões e documentos; • Construção e manutenção de indicadores; • Gestão de templates, checklists e formulários; • Conhecimento básico de projetos e processos;•Desejável conhecimento de PDI, ANEEL, TRL e inovação; •Desejável experiência com plataformas de gestão da inovação, especialmente AEVO. • Controle de versões e documentos;• Construção e manutenção de indicadores;• Gestão de templates, checklists e formulários;• Conhecimento básico de projetos e processos;• Desejável conhecimento de PDI, ANEEL, TRL e inovação;• Desejável experiência com plataformas de gestão da inovação, especialmente AEVO.Informações adicionaisHome Office8 às 18 horas, com intervalo de 2 horas de almoço
