Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecimento de dúvidas e recebimento de documentos; Admissão de novos colaboradores e estagiários, incluindo cadastro no sistema; Gestão de benefícios, realizando inclusões, exclusões, pedidos e relatórios; Atualização e manutenção das fichas de registro; Apuração e controle de ponto, faltas, atestados e horas extras; Suporte às filiais nas demandas de Departamento Pessoal; Emissão de documentos trabalhistas; Realização de cálculos rescisórios, FGTS e Seguro-Desemprego; Envio e acompanhamento de informações no e-Social; Elaboração de relatórios e apoio em treinamentos; Organização e controle de documentos; Apoio no fechamento da folha de pagamento; Gestão e acompanhamento de afastamentos; Processamento de alterações salariais e de cargos; Geração de RPA e realização de cadastros no sistema; Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; formação técnica ou superior em Administração ou Ciências Contábeis será considerada um diferencial;Desejável conhecimento básico em pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e habilidade em aprender novas ferramentas de software;Desejável ter conhecimento nas rotinas de departamento pessoal.Informações adicionaisRemuneração competitiva com base na experiência;Possibilidade de crescimento na empresa e de ampliar suas habilidades administrativas;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
