O Grupo Mendes, empresa familiar que há décadas atua com protagonismo na Baixada Santista, liderando grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de Malls, Incorporações e Energia, está em busca de um(a) Assistente de Planejamento e Arquitetura.

O(a) profissional será responsável por acompanhar os processos relacionados à implantação e execução de lojas e quiosques nos empreendimentos, atuando desde a análise e controle de projetos até o acompanhamento das obras, vistorias e inaugurações. Também será responsável pelo acompanhamento de demandas de CAPEX, controles financeiros, contratos e fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e a integração entre lojistas, áreas internas e prestadores de serviço.

Responsabilidades e atribuições· Apoiar e acompanhar projetos de lojas e quiosques, verificando sua evolução e adequação às necessidades do empreendimento;· Participar de reuniões de obras com lojistas, acompanhando demandas, prazos e pendências;· Controlar e acompanhar o andamento dos projetos de lojas e quiosques;· Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento das obras e projetos;· Realizar levantamento e controle das medidas necessárias para instalação de tapumes e adesivos;· Acionar e acompanhar fornecedores responsáveis pela execução de tapumes e adesivos;· Encaminhar medidas e informações necessárias para execução dos serviços;· Realizar o controle dos custos relacionados a tapumes e adesivos, apoiando os processos administrativos e de faturamento ao lojista;· Realizar vistorias para acompanhamento e liberação das lojas e quiosques para inauguração;· Elaborar e atualizar plantas de lojas, quiosques e novos ambientes;· Desenvolver estudos e layouts para novos ambientes, quiosques e lojas;· Elaborar estudos e projetos relacionados a estacionamento, layout e projetos internos administrativos;· Abrir requisições de compra de materiais, serviços, obras e contratos;· Elaborar escopos técnicos para novas obras e projetos de CAPEX;· Acompanhar projetos, custos e execução dos itens de CAPEX;· Controlar contratos, pagamentos e demais documentos relacionados às obras e serviços;· Acompanhar certificados e documentações disponibilizados nas plataformas internas, garantindo sua atualização junto aos responsáveis;· Apoiar as áreas operacionais em demandas administrativas relacionadas aos projetos e obras;· Manter interface com as áreas internas, lojistas e fornecedores, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa ou cursando Arquitetura e Urbanismo;

Conhecimento avançado em AutoCAD e SketchUp;

Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

Habilidade em análise e organização de dados e informações técnicas;

Boa comunicação técnica, escrita e verbal;

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhamento de prazos e pendências.
