Que tenha prazer em servir, com qualidade e sustentabilidade.Queremos gente que viabilize junto com a gente novas ideias, o pensar diferente, o fazer as pessoas aprenderem e crescerem,será um grande desafio e por isso procuramos gente que goste de se desafiar a novos cenários e que esteja disposto a trabalhar duro conosco para alcançar os objetivos.Valorizamos a diversidade, estimulamos o trabalho em equipe visando o aprendizado e compartilhamento de conhecimento,estimulando o crescimento do grupo.Se nossa energia faz sentido para você, venha conversar com agente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Lançar dados de entrada e saída de notas fiscais, valores e suas respectivas quantidades;Noções básicas dos impostos (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IBS,CBS), do CEST, da NCM;Noções básicas do CST do ICMS, PIS, COFINS e do cClassTrib do IBS e CBS;Realizar cruzamento e validação das informações entre pedido e nota fiscal;Emitir relatórios de documentos no intuito de analisar se ocorreram lançamentos de notas fiscais no CGO incorreto;Armazenar dados, transmitir informações para uma central de processamento utilizando recursos de redes;Garantir segurança das informações e pelo perfeito funcionamento do hardware de do software adotados;Elaborar planilhas com utilização de microcomputadores;Conferência de Notas Fiscais, analisar as divergencias nos impostos (CFOP, NCM, CST...), como também a natureza da operação, destinatário; Conferência e análise de Notas Fiscais vs Pedidos (Setor Comercial), análise de valores/quantidades/embalagens e, em caso de divergência, encaminhar aos setores responsáveis para análise e correção;Conferência Notas Fiscais vs Cadastro - Análise de Fornecedor e item não cadastrado, item não associado, entre outros;Importe de Arquivo Fiscal do tipo XML, ocorrendo a possibilidade de baixar o arquivo XML no portal nacional NFe e enviar no e-mail para alimentação do sistema NDD Consinco, de acordo com a necessidade;Organizar e arquivar documentos;Alimentação e atualização de dados, sistemas e/ou planilhas;Envio do Evento de manifestação de Notas Fiscais, recebendo ou não a solicitação da loja de destino por e-mail. Os eventos são do tipo: Operação não realizada, Desconhecimento da operação, Cancelamento de NF-e.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo; Cursos relacionados à área.

Informações adicionaisExpediente de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, no horário das 08:00h as 18:00h, sendo duas horas de almoço na sexta-feira.Plantão a nível de escala para os sábados e feriados, sendo o horário das 08:00h as 12:00h ou das 07:00h as 11:00h para o dia de sábado e o horário das 07:00h as 13:00h no dia de feriado.Quando o colaborador estiver na escala do sábado, o horário de expediente será das 07:00h as 16:00h, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, sendo uma hora de almoço na sexta-feira.Folgas e férias a combinar com a equipe.
