#NossoJeitoRedefineHistóriasSobre a oportunidade: ASSISTENTE DE PROCESSOSAtuar no monitoramento e controle da operação da Central de Agendamento do Paciente (CAP), assegurando a distribuição eficiente das demandas, o cumprimento dos indicadores operacionais, metas e SLAs, o suporte técnico às equipes e a aderência às diretrizes institucionais, bem como pelo apoio ao Analista Técnico e à Coordenação da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a demanda de atendimentos (ligações, whatsApp, e-mail’s e demais canais de atendimento), direcionando as demandas em espera aos assistentes de atendimento, conforme habilidades previstas em rotina.Acompanhar comunicar aos Analistas e Coordenação status do cumprimento das escalas de trabalho, pausas, TMA, folgas e turnos.Geração de relatórios de desempenho (atendimentos, TMA, pausa, aderência, etc).
