Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, organizada e com perfil voltado à execução para atuar como Assistente de Produção em uma empresa de moda.Essa pessoa será responsável por executar e acompanhar as demandas operacionais e logísticas dos projetos, garantindo a organização dos processos, o cumprimento dos prazos, o acompanhamento de fornecedores e a realização dos controles administrativos e financeiros relacionados à produção.Procuramos alguém com iniciativa, senso de prioridade, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de resolução de problemas, que acompanhe as atividades até sua conclusão, mantenha os controles atualizados e contribua para a eficiência das entregas. Uma pessoa dinâmica, organizada e com facilidade para gerenciar demandas simultâneas e transformar planejamentos em resultados concretos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar e executar as demandas operacionais de projetos, campanhas, eventos, shootings, ativações e produções da marca, conforme direcionamentos estabelecidos;Realizar cotações, solicitar orçamentos e conduzir os processos operacionais de contratação de serviços, equipes e fornecedores, conforme os procedimentos internos;Organizar compras, reservas de passagens, hospedagens, transfers e demais necessidades logísticas dos projetos;Controlar orçamentos, pagamentos e aprovações, mantendo atualizados os documentos financeiros e os controles operacionais;Realizar interface com equipes internas, fornecedores, agências e parceiros, garantindo o alinhamento das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos;Identificar necessidades operacionais e sinalizar riscos, atrasos ou imprevistos ao responsável pela produção, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas;Acompanhar montagens, desmontagens e produções quando necessário, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas e das demandas operacionais;Organizar e executar as demandas conforme as prioridades estabelecidas, assegurando eficiência, organização e cumprimento dos prazos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento em Administração, Marketing, Produção de Eventos, Produção de Moda ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e ferramentas de organização e controle;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorizar atividades;Proatividade, iniciativa e disposição para aprender;Responsabilidade no acompanhamento de atividades, controles e prazos.DiferenciaisExperiência no segmento de moda, publicidade, eventos ou shootings;Perfil altamente organizado.
