Atuar na área de qualidade garantindo a qualidade e segurança dos alimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInspecionar as linhas de produção (alimentos e embalagens) para liberação ou ação corretiva, garantido a execução dos procedimentos operacionais de higienização padrão e das Boas Práticas de Fabricação;Atuar nas análises de liberação de matérias primas, materiais de embalagem e produto acabado, conforme o programa de qualidade definida, garantindo a qualidade e segurança dos alimentos;Realizar os Controle alergênicos pertinentes as linhas produtivas, através inspeções in locu e Análises com Kits de Alergênicos, quando aplicável, aquisições de kit, materiais de uso da área dentre outros, homologações de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, gestão de contratos e documentações pertinentes;Solicitação de cadastros de materiais para aquisições e fornecedores;Orientar e solicitar ajustes nos processos produtivos de embalagens e alimentos, conforme necessidades;Executar, registrar e arquivar os controles de processo de todas as linhas de embalagens e alimentos;Registrar e arquivar os controles de processos e laudos de análises;Preparar amostras para realização de análises sensoriais e análises físico-químicas (por ex.: avaliar estanqueidade das embalagens, determinar cloro livre e residual, medir densidade e umidade, determinar pH e monitorar controles de temperaturas, avaliar vácuo e torque) nos produtos acabados, matérias-primas e materiais de embalagem, conforme as Especificações Técnicas;Verificar e orientar os colaboradores da produção sobre normas de Boas Práticas de Fabricação e de Segurança de Alimentos;Recolher, identificar e registrar amostras de contraprova;Realizar análises de Shelf Life de 1ª, 2ª e 3ª avaliação;Realizar inspeção final dos produtos acabados;Monitorar o preenchimento de Registros da produção (controle de troca de luvas; registro de troca de filtros; BPF; registro de higienização) e afins;Garantir que o preenchimento dos Registros da Qualidade esteja em dia (controle de balança, registro de temperatura e umidade, registro de controle de cloro, política de vidros; liberações de linha, Food Defense, Controle de Pragas dentre outros);Identificar todos os paletes aprovados com etiquetas de validação da Qualidade;Indicar as necessidades de revisão, adequação de documentações em geral;Bloquear produto não conforme e acionar o gestor imediato para as tratativas aplicáveis, quando necessário;Realizar treinamentos e avaliações de eficácia;Abertura e tratativas de não conformidades;Executar as atividades de Controle de Pragas conforme Procedimento estabelecido;Avaliar, emitir e registrar o parecer fabril para as reclamações de SAC e atuar junto aos responsáveis para a eficácia dos planos de ação;Controle dos instrumentos calibráveis;Apoio nas documentações de rastreabilidade, conforme Procedimento estabelecido;Solicitação de extensão de Shelf Life;Controle de Documentos;E demais atividades da área relacionadas ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnico completo ou cursando superior em Química, Engenharia de Alimentos ou áreas afins;Pacote Office - intermediário;Disponibilidade de horário;Será um diferencial ter conhecimento em:Conhecimento em APPCC e Controle de Alérgenos;Conhecimento em legislação sanitária e norma IFS;Conhecimento de análises de alimentos e embalagens.Informações adicionaisAssiduidade;Plano de Saúde;Convênio Odontológico;Restaurante na Empresa;Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Wellhub; Cuidare - Programa de Psicologia.
