Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Qualidade de Produto para integrar o time de uma marca de moda feminina. A empresa tem forte presença no e-commerce e aposta em estratégias digitais inovadoras para oferecer uma experiência completa às suas clientes.Seu objetivo será garantir que os produtos produzidos estejam de acordo com os padrões de qualidade definidos pela empresa, realizando inspeções de produção e matéria-prima, identificando e registrando não conformidades e fornecendo informações técnicas para que a área de Compras & PCP conduza as tratativas necessárias junto aos fornecedores.Buscamos uma pessoa com olhar técnico para produto e experiência prática com confecção, capaz de avaliar objetivamente a qualidade de uma peça e identificar desvios em relação ao padrão aprovado.A posição terá foco em inspeção, controle e registro da qualidade, e não será responsável pela negociação comercial ou pela gestão dos prazos de produção junto aos fornecedores.Responsabilidades e atribuições🌟 Responsabilidades:Realizar inspeções de produções em facções, utilizando critérios e amostragem definidos pela empresa.Comparar as peças produzidas com peça lacre/amostra aprovada, ficha técnica, tabela de medidas e demais referências do produto.Avaliar aspectos como:  construção da peça;  costuras e acabamentos;  medidas;  tecidos e possíveis defeitos aparentes;  tonalidade;  aviamentos;  etiquetas; acabamento e apresentação geral do produto.Identificar não conformidades e classificar os problemas encontrados de acordo com os critérios estabelecidos.Registrar inspeções de forma organizada, incluindo informações, quantidades, fotos e evidências dos problemas encontrados.Liberar produções que estejam dentro dos padrões estabelecidos e sinalizar imediatamente aquelas que apresentem não conformidades.Realizar reinspeções após correções ou retrabalhos, quando necessário.Realizar testes insumos seguindo procedimento e tolerâncias definidos pela empresa.Registrar os resultados e sinalizar desvios.Avaliar tecnicamente peças com ocorrências de qualidadeAcompanhar o retorno de peças submetidas a correção/retrabalho e verificar sua conformidade antes da liberação.Manter histórico organizado das inspeções e ocorrências, permitindo identificar reincidências de defeitos, produtos ou fornecedores.Comunicar com agilidade à área de Compras & PCP qualquer problema que possa comprometer qualidade, prazo ou liberação de uma produção.Contribuir para a evolução dos checklists, critérios e padrões de inspeção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência prática em confecção, facção, produção de moda ou controle/inspeção de qualidade.Conhecimento de construção de peças de vestuário.Conhecimento de tecidos, aviamentos, costuras e acabamentos.Capacidade de identificar defeitos de produção.Conhecimento básico de ficha técnica e tabela de medidas.Capacidade de realizar conferência dimensional das peças.🎓 Diferenciais:Experiência anterior em controle de qualidade de vestuário.Experiência realizando inspeções diretamente em fornecedores/facções.Conhecimento de tecidos de malha.Curso técnico ou formação relacionada a Moda, Produção do Vestuário, Modelagem, Têxtil ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisRegime: CLTSalário: Estamos trabalhando com pretensão salarialBenefícios:Vale refeição R$ 800,00Plano de saúde: 50% pago pela empresa Day Off de aniversárioLocal: Niterói/RJ, com contato e visitas a fornecedores quando necessárioHorário: de segunda a sexta de 9 às 18h.
