🔹 Responsável por apoiar os processos de monitoramento, análise e melhoria da experiência do cliente nas concessionárias, realizando principalmente as pesquisas internas nos clientes antecipando-se a pesquisa da montadora, e realiza o cruzamento de dados de pesquisas internas e das montadoras, bem como elabora relatórios para suporte a coordenação de qualidade no levantamento de falhas, melhoria de processos de acordo com os padrões da montadora, e principalmente atuando sobre notas detratoras que podem prejudicar o NPS da unidade ou grupo de concessionárias da marca.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:• Acompanhar, alimentar e atualizar relatórios de pesquisa de satisfação (Syonet e NPS) das lojas.• Aplicar o questionário de perguntas da Itavema;• Realizar o cruzamento e análise de dados de pesquisas internas com os indicadores das montadoras.• Encaminhar e monitorar os clientes elegíveis às pesquisas NPS das montadoras, garantindo amostragem eficaz.• Emitir relatórios de suporte a coordenação de qualidade, com indicadores e Kpis, oriundas da pesquisa;• Atuar de forma preventiva, e priorizar o contato e reversão da nota detratora.Hard Skills (Competências Técnicas):1. Conhecimento em metodologia NPS (Net Promoter Score)2. Saber como aplicar, interpretar e segmentar respostas NPS (promotores, neutros e detratores) e aplicar ações de follow-up.3. Capacidade de realizar entrevistas e ligações de follow-up com clientes detratores4. Habilidade prática para abordar o cliente insatisfeito com escuta ativa, tom cordial, investigativo e restaurador, visando reverter a percepção negativa.5. Utilização de sistemas de CRM e plataformas de pesquisa (ex: Syonet, MindMiners, Qualtrics)6. Domínio na geração, extração e alimentação de relatórios; cadastro de clientes elegíveis; rastreabilidade de respostas.7. Técnicas de atendimento e gestão de conflitos8. Aplicação de técnicas para contornar objeções, identificar falhas no atendimento, mediar situações críticas e restaurar a confiança do cliente.9. Domínio de Excel básico e será considerado um diferencial se tiver intermediário e conhecimento de ferramentas de BI (ex: Power BI, Google Data Studio) para análise de dados.10. Capacidade de gerar relatórios e dashboards com análise crítica dos dados.Soft Skills (Competências Comportamentais):1. Atenção aos detalhes e rigor analítico.2. Comunicação clara e assertiva com equipes operacionais e gestores.3. Capacidade de escuta ativa e empatia com o cliente interno e externo.4.
