Como nosso Assistente de Qualidade, sua missão será garantir a fluidez e a integridade do fluxo de Não Conformidades (RNCs), atuando desde a abertura do registro até o suporte na investigação de causas e planos de ação. Seu trabalho será uma forma de assegurar que cada desvio seja tratado como uma oportunidade de evolução e será suporte fundamental para que a rastreabilidade e o cuidado com a correção de falhas reflitam nosso compromisso maior: entregar saúde e bem-estar com o mais alto padrão de qualidade do mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a abertura, organização e o acompanhamento dos registros de desvios, garantindo que todas as informações iniciais estejam completas.Auxiliar as áreas envolvidas na aplicação de ferramentas de causa raiz (Ishikawa, 5 Porquês) para a análise de desvios.Assegurar que toda a documentação comprobatória esteja devidamente digitalizada e vinculada às ocorrências, garantindo a robustez do processo.Cobrar prazos e evidências de execução das ações corretivas e preventivas junto aos responsáveis pelos setores.Realizar o acompanhamento sistemático com os gestores de outras áreas para garantir que as ações não fiquem paradas.Organizar indicadores mensais sobre o status das não conformidades para apresentação em reuniões de qualidade.Auxiliar na recuperação rápida de históricos de desvios e CAPAs durante auditorias da NSF/FDA, demonstrando a rastreabilidade e o fechamento eficaz dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Superior em Farmácia, Engenharia de Alimentos, Química, Biologia ou áreas correlatas ou Graduação completa em gestão da qualidade.Vivência prévia em rotinas administrativas ou operacionais de Garantia/gestão da Qualidade.Noções básicas de Ferramentas da Qualidade (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês) e Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF/GMP).Domínio de Pacote Office/Google Workspace (para formatação de docs e controle de planilhas e prazos).Diferenciais:Já ter tido contato ou vivência com softwares de gestão de qualidade.Treinamentos específicos em Gestão de Não Conformidades e Ações Corretivas.Cursos de introdução à norma ISO 9001, FSCC 22000, HACCP/APPCC ou Interpretação de Normas de BPF.Facilidade com redação e formatação de textos normativos.
