O Assistente de Recrutamento e Seleção tem como missão principal executar atividades de apoio aos processos de recrutamento e seleção, convocar candidatos para as etapas do processo seletivo, auxiliar na condução de entrevistas, dinâmicas e demais etapas seletivas, bem como encaminhar candidatos para exames médicos, controlar documentos de candidatos para admissão, realizar o cadastro de novos admitidos, acompanhar a integração de novos integrantes, assegurando a eficiência e padronização dos procedimentos da área. Preencher planilhas e formulários de controle e fornecer orientações conforme diretrizes estabelecidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e orientar diariamente a documentação e os exames admissionais de novos integrantes, encaminhando para abertura de contas e solicitando a documentação exigida pela empresa, realizar o cadastramento do novo integrante no sistema de gestão de pessoal, entregando ao Departamento Pessoal para finalização e conferencia do prontuário e finalização do processo.Agendar semanalmente a integração de novos integrantes que foram aprovados, entrando em contato com os mesmos e comunicando sobre a data de apresentação junto a companhia para o início as atividades.Planejar e efetuar a reserva do processo logistico dos novos integrantes para a integração.Agendar semanalmente a integração de novos integrantes que foram aprovados, entrando em contato com os mesmos e comunicando sobre a data de apresentação junto a companhia para o início as atividades.Apoiar o recrutamento e seleção diariamente, auxiliando na triagem de candidatos conforme perfil solicitado, entrevistando previamente por ligações ou vídeo conferências e encaminhando para entrevista final ao gestor da área, buscando maior assertividade nas escolhas dos candidatos.Divulgar as vagas abertas na companhia diariamente, utilizando sistema padrão e enviando ao setor de comunicação para divulgações externas, visando maior abrangência na captação de novos integrantes.Acompanhar as entrevistas de candidatos pré-selecionados, auxiliando a entrevista final com o gestor da área, analisando questões comportamentais dos candidatos para garantir uma avaliação imparcial de todos pré-selecionados, diariamente.Aplicar e corrigir testes aos candidatos de novas vagas, utilizando questionários com perguntas específicas para cada tipo de vaga, fazendo assim uma pré-seleção para a entrevista final com os gestores das áreas, diariamente.Realizar recrutamento e seleção para vagas no interior do estado de Mato Grosso, efetivando entrevistas por vídeo conferência e quando necessário o deslocamento in loco quando os canais convencionais utilizados não funcionam.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE É INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O CARGOEnsino médio completo;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens.SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO UM DIFERENCIALConhecimento das ferramentas do Pacote Office.Conhecimento do sistema RM-Totvs;Conhecimento da plataforma Gupy.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Plano de Saúde extensivo aos dependentes;Plano odontológico extensivo aos dependentes;Seguro de vida;Auxilio creche;PLR;Plano de Previdência Privada;Day-Off;Auxílio Academia;Convênio com Instituições de Ensino Médio (EJA), Superior e Pós-Graduação;Convênio Farmacêutico;Atendimento Psicológico;Programa de Indicação Premiada.
