Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você irá fazer:Apoiar a publicação e manutenção de vagas;Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de candidatos nos sistemas da área;Organizar e manter atualizado o banco de talentos; Realizar contatos e comunicações com candidatos ao longo do processo seletivo; Agendar entrevistas e apoiar a organização das avaliações técnicas; Acompanhar pendências e realizar follow-up com avaliadores, recrutadores e gestores; Apoiar a preparação de candidatos para entrevistas; Acompanhar controles, indicadores e registros da área de Recrutamento e Seleção; Apoiar os processos de contratação e admissão; Participar da melhoria contínua dos processos e para uma experiência positiva de candidatos e gestores.
