 para atuar em Campinas/SP em regime CLT. Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se, venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDivulgar, organizar e realizar triagens de currículos para posições abertas;Convocação de candidatos para entrevistas e etapas dos processos seletivos;Divulgar vagas em plataformas online e redes sociais;Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção para todos os níveis hierárquicos.Atualizar regularmente o banco de talentos.Realizar entrevistas iniciais, alinhando expectativas e compreendendo os perfis de acordo com as demandas;Monitorar e controlar o andamento das vagas, avaliando a eficácia dos canais de divulgação;Auxiliar na comunicação com gestores, informando sobre o status das vagas;Garantir feedback contínuo aos candidatos durante todo o processo seletivo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa, preferencialmente em Gestão de pessoas, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou Administração;Experiência em recrutamento e seleção (hunting e mapeamento de perfis); Possuir experiência em conduzir processos em plataformas digitais;Experiência em empresas de engenharia e/ou gerenciamento de projetos (desejável);Ter conhecimento com a plataforma Gupy (desejável);Conhecimento intermediário em ferramentas de RH (sistemas ATS e similares);Capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo;   Habilidade para lidar com diversas tarefas simultaneamente;                                                                                                                     Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Domínio do pacote office; Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente duas vezes por semana no Swiss Park, em Campinas/SPInformações adicionaisLocal: Campinas/SPModalidade: CLTPlano de Saúde Nacional - Unimed (não há desconto para o colaborador, apenas para inclusão de familiares); Convênio Odontológico (opcional); Seguro de Vida (sem descontos aplicados); Vale Transporte com desconto de 6% (com pagamento efetuado por meio do cartão de ônibus); Vale alimentação/Refeição (sem descontos aplicados); Capacitação Profissional / Treinamentos (após 1 ano).
