Valorizamos pessoas que tenham iniciativa, senso de responsabilidade, vontade de aprender e que gostem de trabalhar em equipe.Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recrutamento e Seleção – Temporário para integrar o time de Pessoas e atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com alto volume de vagas e processos seletivos para diferentes áreas e unidades do Grupo Renova em diversos estados do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVaga temporária, para cobertura de licença maternidade.Nesta posição, você será responsável por:Realizar processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de alto volume, contemplando vagas operacionais, administrativas e corporativas;Realizar o alinhamento de perfil e necessidades da vaga junto aos gestores;Apoiar e acompanhar o processo de abertura de vagas, garantindo o correto preenchimento das informações;Realizar divulgação das oportunidades em diferentes canais, incluindo Gupy, PATS, redes sociais e demais fontes de atração;Realizar triagem e análise de currículos de acordo com os requisitos das posições;Realizar contato com candidatos, conduzindo o processo seletivo ponta a ponta;Conduzir etapas de entrevistas e demais etapas de seleção;Acompanhar o andamento dos processos seletivos, mantendo gestores e candidatos atualizados;Atuar com diferentes perfis de candidatos e posições, considerando as necessidades das unidades do Grupo Renova em diferentes regiões do país;Manter os sistemas e controles de recrutamento atualizados, garantindo organização e agilidade nos processos;Apoiar o time de R&S em demais atividades relacionadas à atração e seleção de talentos.Esperamos que você tenha:Experiência anterior em rotinas de recrutamento e seleção,Facilidade para trabalhar com organização de informações e controle de processos.Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e perfil colaborativo.Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e gestão de prioridades.Proatividade, senso de dono e foco em resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção, preferencialmente em ambientes de alto volume;Conhecimento e/ou experiência com plataformas de recrutamento, especialmente Gupy;Familiaridade com divulgação de vagas em redes sociais e diferentes canais de atração;Organização, agilidade e capacidade de atuar com múltiplas vagas simultaneamente;Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com candidatos e gestores;Disponibilidade para atuar com processos seletivos de diferentes níveis e localidades.Será um diferencialConhecimento em Excel, Power B, para apresentações gerenciais.Vivência em elaboração de indicadores e controles administrativos.Cursos de Excel Intermediário ou Avançado.Cursos voltados para rotinas administrativas, atendimento, gestão de processos ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisNo Grupo Renova acreditamos que cuidar das pessoas faz parte do nosso compromisso com resultados duradouros.Oferecemos um ambiente de trabalho seguro, respeitoso e colaborativo, além de oportunidades de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.INFORMAÇÕES ADICIONAIS:100% presencial em Arujá - Segunda a Sexta das 08h às 17h30.O QUE OFERECEMOS:💚 Remuneração compatível com o mercado.💚 Pacote de benefícios:Refeição no local.Cesta básica ou Vale Alimentação (Cartão iFood).Vale-transporte.Wellhub (plataforma de bem-estar e academias parceiras).Benefícios para dependentes de até 12 anos.Cesta de Natal.OnHappy benefício de desconto em viagens e hotéis.Uniformes.
