Será responsável por apoiar rotinas administrativas da área, controles internos, gestão de informações e interface com candidatos e gestores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em: Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, realizando hunting ativo, triagem de currículos e movimentações de candidatos nas plataformas de recrutamento;Realizar o agendamento de entrevistas e etapas seletivas, garantindo alinhamento entre candidatos e gestores;Manter atualizadas as informações dos processos seletivos nos sistemas e controles internos da área;Realizar contato com candidatos para orientações, devolutivas e acompanhamento das etapas do processo;Apoiar na divulgação de vagas em diferentes canais de atração;Auxiliar na elaboração e acompanhamento de relatórios e indicadores de recrutamento e seleção;Contribuir para a organização de documentos e arquivos relacionados aos processos seletivos.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações Como requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Ensino médio completo;Experiência prévia com recrutamento e seleção;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas e controles simultaneamente;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes públicos.Você se destaca se tiver:

Conhecimento em indicadores de atração e seleção; Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de automação de processos.
