Se você se identifica com o cooperativismo, gosta de pessoas, de transformar vidas e deixar legados, quer crescer pessoalmente e profissionalmente, está sempre pronto para novos desafios e tem sempre com você: Iniciativa, pro atividade, relacionamento para soluções de problemas e eficiência para resultados.Seu lugar é aqui com a gente transformando vidas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o monitoramento da carteira de crédito em atraso, apoiando as ações de cobrança e recuperação de crédito.Efetuar contatos e negociações com cooperados inadimplentes, buscando acordos e alternativas para regularização das operações.Acompanhar acordos, refinanciamentos e demais tratativas relacionadas à recuperação de crédito, garantindo o correto registro e controle das informações.Atualizar sistemas, controles e relatórios da área, mantendo informações precisas e organizadas para acompanhamento dos processos.Prestar suporte às Unidades de Atendimento em demandas relacionadas à cobrança e recuperação de crédito.Apoiar o acompanhamento de processos judiciais e extrajudiciais, realizando controles, levantamentos e encaminhamentos necessários.Interagir com assessorias de cobrança e parceiros externos, acompanhando demandas e apoiando a execução das atividades contratadas.Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento de protocolos, chamados e solicitações direcionadas à área.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, indicadores e materiais de apoio para acompanhamento dos resultados da recuperação de crédito.Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de procedimentos, fluxos, comunicados e materiais de treinamento.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e rotinas da área, contribuindo para o aumento da eficiência operacional.Executar atividades administrativas e de apoio relacionadas às demandas operacionais e jurídicas da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário:Ensino Superior em andamento: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas afins;Conhecimento em negociação, matemática financeira, produtos de crédito e mercado financeiro;Conhecimento em rotinas de cobrança, recuperação de crédito ou atendimento ao cooperado;Familiaridade com controles, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores;Habilidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Desejável:Conhecimento em Power BI e regulamentações do BACEN;Conhecimento básico de processos jurídicos relacionados à recuperação de crédito.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação/Refeição: R$ 2.100,00Plano de Saúde Nacional: Para colaboradores e dependentesPlano Odontológico Nacional: Para colaboradores e dependentesSeguro de Vida: inclui cobertura para dependentesVale TransporteDay Off – Dia de folga no mês de aniversário de vidaLicença Maternidade/Paternidade Estendida + Presentes para novos papais e BabyPrevidência PrivadaPPR - Participação dos resultadosAuxílio InstruçãoAuxílio Creche/ BabáCampanha anual de vacinação da GripeGoGoodPRIVACIDADE E PROTEÇÃO DE DADOSO Sistema Ailos utilizará os dados fornecidos durante sua candidatura para fins relacionados aos processos seletivos e oportunidades profissionais, inclusive por meio de plataformas parceiras de recrutamento.
