Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recursos de Glosa para atuar na análise e elaboração de recursos relacionados às glosas de faturamento, contribuindo para a recuperação de valores e para a melhoria contínua dos processos de faturamento e auditoria.O profissional será responsável por analisar demonstrativos de pagamento disponibilizados pelas operadoras, identificar divergências, avaliar os parâmetros contratuais e regras aplicáveis e elaborar os respectivos recursos de glosa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a analise de demonstrativos de pagamento das operadoras e identificar divergências e motivos de glosa; Apoiar a

elaboração e acompanhar recursos de glosa;Monitorar o pagamento dos recursos realizados;Apoiar a analise de causas recorrentes de glosas e propor melhorias nos processos;Apoiar o monitoramento dos motivos de glosa e atuar na prevenção de erros de cobrança;Atuar em interface com as áreas envolvidas no processo de faturamento e contas a receber;Apoiar na resolução de dúvidas relacionadas ao pagamento de recursos;Acompanhar pendências e reportar à liderança situações que necessitem de intervenção;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área;Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e documentos relacionados ao processo de recurso de glosa;Atuar, quando necessário, nas tratativas de notificações e não conformidades relacionadas à área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Possuir experiência no segmento de Saúde; Possuir

conhecimento em faturamento de serviços de saúde;Conhecimento do Pacote Office;Desejável conhecimento do sistema IW (Incoway);Disponibilidade de horário.
