Estamos em busca de Assistente de Recursos Humanos para atuar em unidade de pronto atendimento, apoiando as rotinas de departamento pessoal e de gestão de pessoas de uma equipe multiprofissional que trabalha em regime de escalas e plantões.O profissional será responsável por executar processos de admissão, controle de frequência, benefícios, documentação e atendimento aos colaboradores, além de apoiar recrutamento, seleção, integração e treinamentos, seguindo a legislação trabalhista, as normas internas e as orientações da liderança.Buscamos profissionais organizados, discretos, éticos e com boa comunicação, que tenham conhecimento das rotinas de departamento pessoal, domínio de informática e planilhas, atenção aos prazos e habilidade no relacionamento interpessoal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar processos de admissão, desligamento e movimentação de pessoal, conferindo documentação.Organizar e manter atualizados os prontuários e registros funcionais dos colaboradores.Controlar frequência, ponto eletrônico, escalas, horas extras, faltas, atestados e férias.Lançar e conferir informações para a folha de pagamento e para o eSocial.Administrar benefícios como vale-transporte.Controlar a validade de registros em conselhos de classe e documentos obrigatórios dos profissionais.Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção, integração de novos colaboradores e treinamentos.Acompanhar exames ocupacionais em parceria com a segurança e saúde do trabalho.Atender colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre rotinas de pessoal.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de recursos humanos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCertificado de Ensino Médio Completo.Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função. Habilidade básica em informática.Informações adicionaisSalários R$3.500,00 Insalubridade R$ 648,40Diarista 44h/semanais
